The board of directors of the Partners for Youth wishes to express our condolences to the family of Marcia Baker who passed away this morning, our thoughts and prayers are with you. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
Marcia was the Matriarch of this organization, the Miss Jamaica Florida Pageant, and helped to establish an educational scholarship for a young woman graduating high school and accepted to an accredited college.
